No one visit to Tech Assault is ever the same thanks to the huge variety of Scenarios on offer. Many of our game types are based on popular online video games, giving you the unique opportunity to try them out in the real world.  On the day your Marshall will pick a selection of missions based on what he believes will bring the most enjoyment to your group, however should you have a specific request just let us know.

We are always coming up with new and exciting ways for you to shoot each other, below are a few examples:

 

Team Death Match 
Team 1 Objective:Shoot opposition while avoiding being shot yourself
Team 2 Objective:Shoot opposition while avoiding being shot yourself

Respawns: every 10 seconds

Round time: 8 min

Our standard game type (usually used as a warm up) is often the most popular, no complicated objectives here – kill or be killed.

 

Hardcore Team Death Match

Team 1 Objective:Shoot opposition while avoiding being shot yourself
Team 2 Objective:Shoot opposition while avoiding being shot yourself

Respawns: every 10 seconds

Round time: 8 min

Same as team death match but you get the choice of the two most powerful guns in the game, the M60 machine gun or the Boom Stick sniper rifle. You will die A LOT in this one.

 

Search and Destroy

Team 1 'bombers' Objective: Take the C4 explosives and plant at one of the chosen structures, once planted prevent the opposition from defusing
Team 2 'defenders' Objective: Protect the structures from being destroyed, if the bomb is planted defuse within the time limit

Respawns: none

Suggested Weapons: P90 or MP5

Round time: 3 min (keep in mind the bombs timer is 1minute)

The combination of short time frame,multiple bomb locations and no respawns make this a tense and interesting game. Do you attempt to eliminate the enemy before planting the bomb or rush to one of the bomb spots early (if so which one?). Being a short game we tend to make this a best of 5.

 

Domination

Team 1 Objective:Capture and hold as many structures as possible, earning points as time goes on
Team 2 Objective:Capture and hold as many structures as possible, earning points as time goes on

Respawns: every 10 seconds

Round time: 10 min

Among the ruined battlefield some strategic structures still stand. Nestled within are laptops each team need to control, get to these and hit your team colour. For each laptop held your team recieves 1 point per second. With multiple structures to hold will you split up or make a concentrated effort on one at a time? This mode requires tactical thinking and great team strategy to win.

 

Rush

Team 1 'Attackers' Objective:Destroy the nodes in sequence before the time runs out
Team 2 'Defenders' Objective:Stop the Attackers destroying every node

Respawns: every 10 seconds

Round time: n/a

There are a number of laptops scattered among the battlefield that need to be destroyed, they can only be destoyed one at a time in order from closest to furthest away. There is a time limit to destroy each node and this resets after each succesful push.
 

 

Sniper Run

Team 1 'snipers' Objective: Take your high powered single shot rifles and lay in ambush, shoot anything that moves
Team 2 'runners' Objective: Use cover to cross the battlefield alive, if you feel daring use your pistols to annoy the snipers

Respawns: none

Round time: 3 min

A squad of sharp shooters lay in wait and the runners must get at least one player past them to win. Speed, cunning and team work will win this one – lets hope the other team cant aim for beans. Teams swap roles between games and the winner is the one who gets the most players through alive.

 

Capture the commander

Team 1 Objective: Infiltrate the opposing teams base, take their commander hostage and return him to your base whilst also protecting your own commander
Team 2 Objective: Infiltrate the opposing teams base, take their commander hostage and return him to your base whilst also protecting your own commander

Respawns: every 10 seconds

Suggested Weapons: SAW and Boom Stick

In this game mode the marshalls become the team commanders, waiting at each base and giving tips to their team. If a member of your team makes it to the commanders outpost and taps it once the commander will follow that player. Only live players can escort the commander and if unaccompanied he will stop moving and must be tapped on the arm by another player to continue following (he can be escorted home by a friendly). To win the game your team must have both commanders at their base on game over.

 

Traitors

Team 1 Objective: Kill the opposing team but be aware one player on your team is a traitor and will turn on you when they get the chance, get them before they get you
Team 2 Objective: Kill the opposing team but be aware one player on your team is a traitor and will turn on you when they get the chance, get them before they get you
Team 3 'traitors' Objective:There are only two of you (one on each side) and only you know who the real traitors are so use this to your advantage, play smart and choose the time wisely to turn on your team

Respawns: none

Suggested Weapons: pump action shotgun

At the start of the round one player from each team will be selected at random to be the traitors, they will know who each other are but no one else will. They must use this knowledge and play smart to be the only ones left standing at the end of the game. If you are not a traitor you can only trust yourself, look out for the enemy team but also watch your back.

Wingman

Team 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 Objective:Be the last team left alive

Respawns: none

Round time: 5 min

Players are split up into pairs and can choose any where on the battlefield to spawn, all guns are set to pistols and there are no respawns. Be the last ones left alive at the end of the round time to win.
